ORIX provides on-line access to information about your Commercial Vehicles, live from ORIX’s fleet management system, in real time, 24-hours a day/ 7-days a week. Our customers share the same information used by Account Managers in managing complex Heavy Commercial Vehicle fleets, improving communication flows and enabling more effective decisions.

Multi Level Detail
A unique blend of qualitative and quantitative fleet information, from high level executive summary information through to fine levels of individual vehicle detail.
Interaction
Interactive features allow customers to complete a number of routine transactions on-line such as ordering and cancelling fuel cards, adding new drivers, changing drivers, adding new cost centres and reallocating vehicles between cost centres. These changes are automatically updated in our operating system in real time.
Exception Management
Any urgent issues are clearly highlighted when you log-in. Your Account Management team is viewing the same information as you, so decisions can be made simply and quickly.
Online Reporting
Our comprehensive range of fleet reporting, covering areas including fuel, fleet changes between periods, vehicles on order, cost summaries and vehicles due for replacement, are available on-line and can be easily scheduled for regular e-mail delivery. ORIX can also build specific reports to suit your requirements which can be accessed either on an ad hoc or scheduled basis. All reports can be downloaded in standard CSV, XLS, XML or PDF formats.
Security
Your employees can be provided with access to the ORIX Customer Centre via a password that is provided by ORIX. Alternatively, access can be managed by an approved administrator. Different levels of information can be made available to different users as required.
